VILLA LAURO LANCELLOTTI

The restoration and conservative redevelopment of the eighteenth-century historical complex of Villa Lancellotti, carried out by Edilquisi, aims to preserve and enhance the architectural heritage of the building through a technical and methodological approach that respects the original historical and stylistic characteristics, while ensuring its conservation and usability over time thanks to the use of innovative solutions and rigorous compliance with heritage protection regulations.

TAURASI

The restoration and redevelopment of the buildings in the village of Taurasi (AV) aims to protect and enhance the historical and architectural heritage, preserving the original characteristics of the buildings and respecting the local construction tradition. Through the use of modern techniques and materials compatible with traditional ones, the stability and functionality of the buildings are guaranteed, keeping their aesthetic and historical value intact. The intervention will also contribute to the rebirth of the village, promoting the enhancement of the territory and cultural tourism.

PADEL COURTS

The structural works project for the construction of two padel courts in the sports complex in Via Giuseppe Testa, curated by Edilquisi, aims to create safe, functional and long-lasting facilities, using advanced engineering solutions and high-quality materials. The project integrates harmoniously with the surrounding environment, respecting international sports standards and local regulations, to offer a modern structure suited to the needs of users.

NAPLES

Edilquisi carried out the redevelopment works of Caserma Calò in Naples, allocating the spaces to new housing for the "Strade Sicure" project. The intervention involved the adaptation of existing structures to ensure comfortable and functional environments, responding to the logistical and operational needs of the personnel involved in the road safety programme. With a precise and timely approach, Edilquisi respected all regulations and deadlines, ensuring an effective and quality renovation, with the aim of improving the liveability and efficiency of the spaces intended for emergencies.

ISCHIA

Edilquisi has recently completed the functional redevelopment and safety works of the Palestra Patrizia Sogliuzzo in Ischia. The intervention aimed to modernise and make the spaces safe, with particular attention to anti-seismic regulations and the structural needs of the building.

The redevelopment included improving equipment, upgrading systems and renovating spaces to ensure a safer and more comfortable environment for users.

ELBA ISLAND

Edilquisi has successfully completed the construction of concrete underpasses for the coastal entrance to Elba Island, a project that has significantly improved access to coastal areas. Thanks to the solidity of the concrete and careful design, the work was built to withstand harsh environmental conditions and to ensure safety and durability over time. The project was managed with expertise and respect for local regulations, contributing to the improvement of traffic in the area, without compromising the natural ecosystem.

HOSPITAL OF INCURABILI, NAPLES

The ancient Incurabili Hospital in Naples will undergo a major restoration project, funded with an investment of 100 million euros. The plan includes the creation of a cutting-edge social and healthcare hub, as well as a multifunctional cultural center featuring museums, laboratories, and spaces for events. Once again, the company Edilquisi will play a key role in this ambitious initiative, reaffirming our commitment and pride.

CHIAIA FUNICULAR

With great energy and professionalism, the company Elquisi contributed to the reopening of the Chiaia Funicular. This historic system, inaugurated back in 1889, was the first of its kind in Naples. Initially powered by steam and later electrified in the early 20th century, it has now been restored to its former glory, ready to continue telling its fascinating story.

NATO AMERICAN BASE, CAPODICHINO

With determination and professionalism, Edilquisi also took part in the construction of L-shaped concrete walls near the secondary entrance of the base. The work included site preparation and land leveling according to design specifications, pouring the foundation layer, creating formwork, placing reinforcement bars, casting concrete on-site, and all necessary steps to bring this remarkable project back to life.
